International Production Capabilities

While our main production facility is in Turkey, we are flexible and scalable. For large-scale orders or when logistics make it advantageous, we also have the capability to produce in China, India, or Germany. Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process

Our production process begins with material selection. We only use high-strength, sustainable kraft paper suitable for direct food contact, ensuring the highest quality and safety for all products. Here’s a breakdown of our step-by-step production:

• Material Sourcing: We partner with long-term suppliers to secure a consistent and reliable supply of kraft paper. This includes white or brown kraft for different needs.
• Design and Printing: We offer design support with the capability to print in up to 8 colors, allowing full customization. Our design team collaborates with clients to create visually appealing and functional bag designs.
• Layer Construction: The number of layers can be adjusted based on client needs. This could range from single to multi-layer configurations for Paper Valve Bags, PBOM Bags, or Block Bottom Bags.
• Bag Assembly: Once the materials are ready, the assembly process begins. We integrate various valve options such as Paper Insert Valve, Sonic Seal Valve, and Poly Lock Valve, tailored to the product specifications.
• Quality Control: Every batch undergoes stringent quality checks to meet industry standards and ensure product integrity before packaging.

Advanced Technology and Logistics

Our modern production lines are equipped with auto-palletisers, which help maintain flat, stable bag stacking for optimal packing efficiency. This technology ensures that the bags are delivered to customers in pristine condition, ready to be filled and sealed quickly.

Warehousing and Distribution

We have on-site warehousing facilities to store finished products, safeguarding them until they are ready for distribution. Our in-house logistics team oversees the delivery process to maintain the safety and quality of our bags throughout the supply chain.

Paper Bag Varieties

We manufacture Paper Valve Bags, PBOM Bags, and Block Bottom Bags in various sizes. These bags can be made from white or brown kraft paper and are customizable with different valve types and layer options to meet specific requirements.

Polypropylene and BOPP Bags

We also produce Woven Polypropylene Bags and BOPP Bags with options like lamination, gussets, UV protection, perforations, PE-coated liners, and die-cut handles. These customizations provide excellent durability and branding opportunities for our clients.
