Our BOPP bags are manufactured using a multi-step, quality-focused process that includes extrusion, weaving, lamination, and cutting. This precision-driven process ensures that each bag meets strict quality standards, providing durability and reliability for your products.
In our state-of-the-art extrusion facility, raw materials are rigorously tested through MFI testing to ensure they meet production requirements. Once qualified, the material undergoes extrusion, where it’s shaped into bands of specific width and density. Our computerized extruders and gravimetric dosing units control the proportions of the primary material and additives, optimizing durability and flexibility.
Once extruded, the material is woven into tubes of various sizes, creating the strong polypropylene structure that forms the foundation of our bags. Each woven layer is subjected to strict quality checks to ensure the correct width and weight. Laminating is crucial for achieving our bags' high strength and smooth finish.
